The marble cross appears to contain the Gillman Family Crest. Herbert Webb Gillman was a judge in Ceylon and later a founding member and Vice-Chairman of the Cork Historical & Archaeological Society. His wife, Annie Gillman (Mackwood) is interred within Christchurch Graveyard across the road to the west. (See http://historicgraves.com/christchurch/co-cccf-0033/grave). She came from a family of tea planters in Ceylon (modern Sri Lanka). Their son was the famous WW1 general Sir Webb Gillman. (Source: ACR Heritage).
