Description: Well carved stone – Head of stone – in relief – I H S with the H surmounted with a Cross with Nail terminals, from each of the top corners – a Blooming Tree of Life.  On either side of the Christogram a small Cross – all are enclosed in a border with a repeating triangle pattern.   The incised inscription is in archaic roman capitals and lower case.
