Description: Head of stone - Cross with splayed terminals and chiselled edges, beneath a Latin phrase which is illegible.  The inscription is in sanserif capitals, on each side of the epitaph panel is a column raising to the shoulders.   The stonemasons name – R Smith, Athlone is on the plinth.
