Description:  Head of stone – in sunken triangular cartouche – in relief – roman I H S with the H surmounted with a Cross with nail terminals, above, coming to a point, is an incised pattern, on either side of the I H S there is Heart sprouting foliage.  On the inscription panel, above the epitaph, there is a 4 petal flower, the writing is in plain capitals and lower case.  The plinth has the stonemason name – J Leavey (Heavey)    Lanesboro
