Description: Head of stone - in a sunken semi-circular cartouche – in relief – a recumbent Sacrificial Lamb of God on a Cross, with above - I H S with the H surmounted by a Cross, sprouting from each shoulder a blooming Tree of Life, all with a sparrow-pecked background in a plain border.  The head is surmounted by a tri-leaf carving (signifying the Holy Trinity).  The inscription is in incised capitals above which there is a small Ionic Cross.  The inscription panel is enclosed in a plain border.  The plinth has a deeply incised panel
