Description:  Head of stone – in relief – roman I H S with the H surmounted with a Cross with Nail terminals, all enclosed in a double circular border with leaf pattern.  On each side there is a double Heart from which sprouts a blooming Tree of Life.  The inscription panel is enclosed in a border with a wave pattern, the epitaph is incised in roman capitals and lower case with some flourishing.
