Description: Head of Stone – in relief – I H S, with the large H surmounted by a Cross, all are enclosed in a Temple like structure, on each side there is a Chalice, the head has a border of a Sunburst.  The inscription is in roman capitals and lower case, and has a border with a lozenge shaped pattern
