Description:  Very decorative head – in centre, in relief, roman I H S with the H surmounted by a Cross with Nail terminals, all enclosed in double circle outside of which there are 3 Winged Soul Effigies, outside of this, enclosed in a double circle – “GLORIA IN EXCELSIS DEO”.  On each shoulder there are 2 Winged Soul Effigies.  All the decoration sits on a sparrow pecked background.  The inscription panel in enclosed in a deep border with a repeating triangle pattern.  The fine epitaph, in raised lettering, is in roman capitals and lower case with fish-tail serifs.
