Description: Head of stone:   in relief – roman I H S with the H surmounted with a Cross, the arms with Nail terminals and the top with a Spear terminal, two blooming Trees of Life extend onto sides, all are on a panel with a border of triangle pattern.   The inscription is in roman capitals and lower case all with serifs.
