Description: Head of stone – very decorative – in relief – roman I H S with Omega forming the bar of the H which is surmounted by a Cross with Nail terminals, beneath the H are two Hearts – one inverted, all are enclosed in a full Sunburst in a decorative circle, beneath this, sprouting from the middle of the panel, onto each shoulder, are two Trees of Life.  The epitaph panel is enclosed in a wave pattern border.  The inscription is in early roman capitals and lower case.
