Description: Head of stone – in relief – I H S with the H surmounted by a Cross with nail terminals, beneath the H is an inverted Heart, all are enclosed in a full Sunburst, enclosed, on the lower section with a foliated pattern.   The inscription panel is enclosed in a border with repeating lozenge shaped pattern.  The incised epitaph is in archaic roman with lower case.
