Description: Very ornate head – in relief – roman I H S with the H surmounted by a Cross with Nail terminals, beneath the H is an inverted Pierced Heart, all are enclosed in a Sunburst. The lower part of the Sunburst is enclosed in a foliated pattern.  I N is incised on the left shoulder and R I on the right.  The epitaph panel is enclosed in a border with foliated pattern, on each of the top corners is an incised six petal flower.  The incised inscription is in archaic roman capitals and lower case.  Note the 3 ampersands.
