Description: Head of stone – in relief – roman I H S with Omega forming the bar of the H which is surmounted by a Cross with nail terminals, on each side of the Cross there is circular flower. On each shoulder there is a inverted Heart.  All are enclosed in a semi-Sunburst around the head.  The incised inscription panel in enclosed in a incised double border. The epitaph is written in roman capitals and lower case with serifs.
