 Description: Head – in high relief – roman I H S with Omega forming the bar of the H above which there is a Cross with “Nail” terminals, under each arm of the Cross there is a disc with incised small Cross, a semi-Sunburst encloses the Cross and terminated in discs with floral patterns.  On each shoulder, in relief, is a Daisy pattern.  The epitaph is enclosed in a raised plain border, the incised inscription is in roman style capitals and lower case.
