Description: Head of stone- incised “Gloria in Excelsis Deo”, beneath, in relief, a Winged Soul Effigy. In the centre of the head - I H S with the H surmounted by a Cross with nail terminals, beneath the H is a winged Soul effigy, all are enclosed in a circle with foliated pattern. On each shoulder is a decorative Urn with foliage emitting from each. The top of the inscription panel has a foliated border, the sides have a repeating lozenge pattern, and the epitaph is in roman capitals and lower case with serifs.
