Description: Head of stone – in relief – finely carved I H S with the H surmounted by a Cross, beneath the H is a blooming Tree of Life, all are enclosed in a full Sunburst, which in turn is enclosed in two blooming Trees of Life sprouting from below, above is a Winged Soul Effigy, the entire top has a Sunburst border.  The incised inscription is in roman capitals and lower case with serifs and has a Sunburst border.
