 Motto: Justus et fidelis  (Translation (not on stone)) : Just and Faithful

 On the bottom of the stone each side there is a: Skull and Crossbones, in the centre -  "I H S",     enclosed in a circle 

 (This is the 2nd oldest stone, so far discovered. (see No. 68)
 Major John Dalton may have been a member of Col. Dillons infantry 
 in King James's Army of 1691, as there were a number of Daltons
 in this regiment, including 2 No. John's)
