Description: Top of Stone – in relief – roman I H S with the H surmounted with a Cross with “Nail” terminals, beneath the H are two Hearts – all enclosed in a full Sunburst. Below this, sprouting onto the shoulders, are blooming Trees of Life.  The inscription panel is enclosed in a wave pattern border which extends onto the shoulders.  The epitaph is incised in italic capitals and script with serifs.
