Description – Top of stone – in relief – plain small Cross with incised “Gloria in Excelsis Deo” above.  Shield shaped panel, in relief, with Roman I H S and beneath a recumbent Lamb on a Cross – on each side of which there is a foliage pattern, beneath, on a Scroll the family motto “sub hoc signo vinges”.  The incised inscription is in Roman capitals and lower case with serifs.
