Description: Head of stone – in relief I H S with Omega forming the bar of the H, which is surmounted by Cross with “Nail” terminals, beneath the H is a Lamp recumbent on a Cross, all are enclosed in a full Sunburst.  On each shoulder there is a floral pattern.  The deeply incised inscription in in Roman capitals and script with serifs and is enclosed in plain incised border.
