Description: Top of stone – in false relief – I H S, below the H there is the Lamb of God recumbent on a Cross and surrounded by a foliage pattern and beneath, in latin, the family motto, all are enclosed in a circle, and in each corner beneath there is a Scallop shell design. Above the circle crossing the top of the stone is “Gloria in Excelsis Deo” (Glory to God in the Highest). On each shoulder, in a plain border, is a large plain Cross above which is a small flower.  The incised inscription is in Roman capitals and script with serifs.
