Description: In false relief – I H S with the H surmounted by a Cross with splayed “Nail” arms and head – all enclosed in a full Sunburst.  There may be other decorations on the shoulders which are illegible.  The inscription in incised in Roman capitals and lower case with serifs.  There are two ampersands on the 2nd last and last line.
