Description: Top of face: In circular cartouche with a wave border, in relief a double Roman I H S, with Omega forming the bar of the H, which is surmounted by a double Roman Cross with expanded terminals, beneath the H is a Heart pierced three times, all enclosed in a full sunburst.  On each shoulder of the stone there is a very decorative Urn which is the symbol of mortality. The inscription panel is enclosed in a wave pattern border, the script is incised with Roman capitals and text with serifs.
