Description: Very decorative stone:  Top panel – in sharp relief in a circular cartouche - Lamp of God recumbent on a Cross (representing Jesus in a Sacrificial role). On each side of the cartouche is a Tree of Life (symbol of the resurrection) with scrolls and a border to the base of the Cross which has a foliage symbol on its stem and a Cross in relief on its centre panel and arms. The “cut-outs” to form the Celtic Cross are Heart shaped.   The inscription panel has a plain deeply incised border with a each corner a scallop shell design.  Above the inscription is a deeply incised Ionic Cross.  The incised inscription is in plain capital lettering.  The stonemasons name Knight is on the bottom right corner. 

The entire stone sits on a plinth with a foliage pattern in deep relief, with a sparrow pecked background in a double decorative panel
