 Description:  Highly decorative top panel all in false relief – Christogram  I H S with serifs, Calvary Cross above the H, beneath the H is a very unusual floral detail, all surrounded by “Gloria in Excelsis Deo” and all in turn enclosed in a circular full Sunburst.  Outside of this, on each side is a Tree of Life which is surrounded by 12 No. Winged Heads which symbolises the soul of the deceased departing the physical body and ascending into Heaven.  The top of the stone is surrounded by a semi-sunburst.  The incised inscription in Roman capitals and script with serifs is enclosed in a plain border with a sunburst pattern
