Top Panel: in relief – I H S, omega, representing the end, forms the centre bar of the H which is surmounted by a Cross, beneath the H is a Heart pierced 3 times, symbolising the love conquers all, all are surrounded by a full sunburst, representing the resurrection of Christ.  On each shoulder of the stone is a foliated Tree of Life, representing re-birth.  The inscription in beautifully incised with floriated capitals and roman lower case with serifs.  The inscription panel in enclosed in a double border with lozenge pattern.

The maker/carver of this headstone is probable Walter Skally, as he has a number of similar stones in the graveyard.
