Inscription panel enclosed in cut-stone frame, with horizontal wings at the semi-circular top frame which is capped with an inscribed keystone above which there is a horizontal inscribed stone. In the centre of the horizontal stone, above the keystone, is deeply incised gothic cross, toward each end are inscribed vertical lines – at each end are 4 wide deeply incised vertical lines. The keystone in inscribed with INRI above a classical urn, which is a mortality symbol, both the lettering and urn are in false relief, the keystone has a border and foliage in false relief.  The curved frame head has four diamonds, in false relief, on each side.  The ends of the each wing stone has a relief cross, and each wing and the two uprights have vertical incised lines.   The top of the inscription panel has IHS with a cross supported on the centre bar of the H, below which is an inverted Heart, which is foliated with 3 Leaf Clovers (symbolising the Holy Trinity), all in false relief and enclosed in a double circle, with a semi-sunburst surround.   “O GOD” is in incised capitals with serifs, the rest of the inscription is in script.  The entire inscription is enclosed in a Tree of Life” foliage with rosettes.   Note the long S and two Ampersands.
