Erected by Michael Carroll Lacus in memory of his father James Carroll who died 11th Dec 1843 aged 55 years. His mother Catherine Carroll who died 23rd March 1866 aged 72 years and his brother Patrick Carroll who died December 20th 1836 aged 20 years. Right hand side of stone
James Carroll Lacus died 24 Nov. 1936 aged 68 yrs. His wife Bridget died 3. March 1983 aged 96 years. Their sons Michael died 10th June 1987 aged 75 yrs. James died 25. Dec. 2000 aged 83 yrs. John died 22. Oct. 2003 aged 84.
