            Of Thomas Ralph
Whose mortal remains lie interred
Beneath having departed this life
on the morning of June the 9th
       1863 aged 48 years

He was one of God’s noble workers
         and an honest man
  and lived esteemed and respected.

   He is deeply regretted by his sorrowing family
This tribute erected by his beloved wife Elizabeth
               Of Newtownforbes
