Facing East: Sacred to the memory of Thomas Faunt J.P. late Lieut Col 34th Regiment who died January 17th 1845 in the 69th year of his age. Also in memory of Susanna Faunt widow of the above who died Feb 24th 1866 aged 74 years and 11 months.

Facing South:Also of his son Lieut Henry Phoenix Faunt 87th Royal Irish Fusiliers who died at sea on the voyage home from the Mauritius on board H.M.S. Thunderer Sept 10th 1845 aged 27. Also to the memory of Augustus Clarevaux Faunt Lieut 75th Regt who was killed by the Caffres at the Cape of Good Hope on the 13th day of November 1847 in the 24th year of his age.
