1914 map of this graveyard (as displayed in vestry of adjoining church) lists this location as Section 5, grave number 21, whose occupant is Johanah Garde. The map also shows a path leading directly to this memorial.The memorial was broken when viewed in 2012, with many pieces scattered in the immediate area which appear to be carved marble. One piece has on it a carved crown with a small star on each point of the crown.
