In memory of Mary Tyrrell, Wife of the Late Revd Henry Ivers Ingram, Rector of Kilmurry and Garrison Chaplain of the City of Limerick, who departed this life on the 22nd of August, 1832, aged 50 years. And of her Daughter, Julia Mary, Wife of James Stephens, of Galway, who departed this life on the 7th November 1844, aged 33 years. This tablet is erected by Georgina Mary Bland, in memory of her Mother and Grandmother. May 1901.

A brass wall plaque on a black marble backing. The lettering, which is pseudo-Gothic in style, is inlaid in black with the capitals and dates in red. The name and address of the maker "WACKRILL & CO. LTD, LEAMINGTON" are stamped on the lower right hand comer of the plaque. See also No. 262 for Ivers-Ingram.
