A Rect. R.S. with Inc'd. border and Ins.. The end of line 12 is obscured by cement and the last word may read "YEARS" rather than "YEAR". See also No. 219 for related Cuppaidges, and also No. 419. The name Cuppaidge is of German origin. In modem times it has been shortened to Cuppage. Faustin Cuppaidge came to Ireland from England in 1604 and got large estates in County Derry.
