A sub-rectangular slab with chamfered edges. A long bevel is cut from the top comers and shorter ones from the bottom ones. The stone is broken in five pieces and part of the left side is missing. Two fragments were found in the former boundary wall of the graveyard and in the graveyard itself in 1984 and 1990 respectively. A wedge-shaped segment has been cut from the back of the lower edge. Inc'd. Ins.. The stone is set on a base consisting of a single, large, roughly-worked slab. It is set on a line of decayed red bricks and is set on top of a small red brick vault.
