The date could be either 1740 or 1749. This is a R.S. only the bottom half of which remains. It is roughly trapezoidal in shape. Only the bottom half of the Inc’d. Ins. remains. The "Y" of the word "Ye" has a crossbar like an A upside down. A reused medieval slab or reused step?
