Civil Records; John Hicks, Creggan was born on the 17 June 1880 to parents James Hicks & Maria Cheevers, John married Bridget Seery, Correen daughter of Michael on the 26 October 1909 in Moore Church. Their son James Hicks married Delia Kelly, Dromalgagh, daughter of James Kelly & Kate Shanney who was  born on the 1 April 1918 to parents James Kelly & Kate Shanney, Dromalgagh.They had no family.  Delia Hicks died on the 5 September 1955 aged 37 years.
