NB. The Dundon /Condon family of this memorial lived in the townland of Knockalegan, Rodus, Co. Tipperary in the Co. Limerick parish of Templebredon. The middle of the road is the border.

NB. Margaret Dundon actually died  on the 1st Sept 1960 and not 1961.

Mary Kate Dundon 1887-1964, daugter of stone mason Patrick ( Paddy ) Dundon 1859-1941, who is recorded here & Julia Mulvihill 1855-1938, married  Tom Condon 1892-1972, son of tailor Paul Condon 1860-1911 & Elizabeth Dunne 1864 -  of Kilfinane, Co. Limerick on the 1st Apr 1924 in Tipperary Town RC.

Paddy Dundon 1859-1941 was the son of Michael Dundon & Margaret Walsh of  Adare, Co. Limerick. He married Julia Mulvihill 1855-1938, daughter of Thomas Mulvihill & Mary O'Brien of Knockalegan, Rodus, Templebredon parish on the 28th Nov 1883 in Templebredon RC. Their children were twins Michael Dundon 1884-1932 & Margaret  1884-1960, who is recorded here as is her son Michael Dundon 1918-1976, Thomas Dundon 1886-1935, Mary Kate 1887-1964, recorded here, Julia Josephine 1890-1975  & Patrick (Paddy) 1895-1967.

Thomas Condon 1892-1972, who is interred in Kilfinane's old cemetery, Co. Limerick at memorial LI-KLFN-0124 on the historicgraves website & Mary Kate Dundon 1887-1964 had three children. They were Elizabeth (Lizzie) Condon 1925-2008, Paul 1928-2003 & Julia 1930-1999.

Elizabeth (Lizzie) Condon 1925-2008, married John Hourigan 1918-2009, son of Dan Hourigan 1871-1945 & Margaret McKenna 1875-1958 of Newtown, Caherconlish, Co. Limerick on the 31st Aug 1949 in Templebredon RC. They had two daughters. The family lived at 41 Knockalisheen Rd, Ballynanty Beg, Limerick. Both Lizzie & her husband John Hourigan are interred in Inch St Laurence cemetery, near Caherconlish, Co. Limerick.

Paul Condon 1928-2003 married Catherine (Kitty) Hynes 1927-2013, daughter of Martin Hynes 1894-1947 and Margaret Spelman 1897-  of Nogra, Co. Galway on the 7th Feb 1959 in Quex Rd RC, Kilburn, London. They had two children, a daughter & son. The family returned to Ireland in or around the mid 1970's and lived at 14 Avondale Dr, Greystones, Limerick. Both Paul & Kitty are interred in Mount St Oliver cemetery, Limerick.

Julia Condon 1930-1999 married Lawrence ( Larry ) Creamer 1928-2000, son of Paddy Creamer 1896-1980 & Margaret  (Gret ) Ryan 1899-1986 of Ballyvistea, Emly, Co. Tipperary on the 17th Jul 1956 in St Mary Magdalen RC, Willesden, London. They returned to Ireland and lived at Knockalegan, Rodus, Templebredon parish until early 1977 when the moved to 5 St Ailbe's Dr Emly, Co. Tipperary. They had seven children, five boys & two girls.  Both Julia and her husband Larry are interred in Emly's old cemetery, Co. Tipperary at memorial TS-EMOG-0136 on the historicgraves website.
