Fleetwood Berry (1912 A), 7. He reads the last two lines as follows ".. on the 8th of April 1871, aged 17 years". The style of the lettering would suggest that 1821 is the real date. The stone seems, from his list to have still been in the graveyard c. 1912.

A complete but worn slab which has been reused as paving in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel. The Ins. is fairly well preserved. The date may read 25th or 28th. The age might be 1, 4 or 7 year(s).
