A pseudo-classical wall plaque. Above there is an achievement of arms bearing a shield, crest- wreath, crest and motto. The motto reads "DE VIVIS NIL NISI VERUM DE MORTUIS NIL NISI BONUM." The crest represents a lance with pennant and tassle. The charge on the shield is two chevrons. Resting on top of the plaque is a depiction, in relief, of a Classical draped urn. Two consoles and the pediment above the plaque are decorated with spirals and floral ornament, upturned torches occur on the sides and a floral "bracket" occurs beneath the inscribed plaque. The maker's name "KIRK SCULPT DUBLIN" occurs on the bottom right hand side of the plaque. See also No. 17, (the actual burial place is in the graveyard).
