See also Bur. Reed. Vol. 2 (1849), "Sarah Meacham, abode Dominick Street, buried November 21st 1849, aged 62 years". This person may be related to John Cathcart Meacham. For his wife see The Galway Express. February 6th. (1864). "Marriage", (to Kerin, Edmund) "... February 1st. at the Roman Catholic Church, Marlborough St., by the Rev. William Purcell, Edmund Kerin Esq. to Isabella A. Cathcart Meachem, widow of the late Capt. John Meachem, 86th Regiment and daughter of the late Mark A. Lynch, of Nile Lodge." The Galway Vindicator. February 6th. (1864) also gives the exact same details as in the reference above.
