Erected by Patrick Fogarty in memory of his/ Father James Fogarty who departed this life/ January 17th 1809 aged 52 yrs with 4 of his/ Children./ Here lies the remains of his Son/ Patrick Fogarty dep'd this life March 29th 1838/ aged 62 yrs Also his brother John Fogarty who/ died Oct 10th 1839 aged 42 yrs.(last two lines of inscription are now buried)

Inscribed headstone with rounded central feature and concave shouldered top. An incised IHS surmounted by a cross with expanded terminals occupies the top of the slab, below which is a scroll with ' Gloria in excelsis deo'. Faint traces of incised floral? decoration around IHS.
