Inscribed headstone with rounded top and concave shoulders. Slab is subsiding to the South. An IHS surmounted by a cross with expanded terminals is within a sunburst. Eight small drill holes form a circle below the sunburst, and below these again there is a scroll with 'Gloria in Excelsis Deo'. There is an ogee headed panel with an urn with flames, on each side of sunburst.
