Erected by CATHERINE FITZPATRICK/ alias COAK in memory of her beloved husband/ EDWARD FITZPATRICK late Organist/ of St. James who departed this life 31st day/ of August 1855 aged 60 years/ Also four of their children who died young/ also one Grandchild Miss Mary Furniss/ Also of their son JOHN FITZPATRICK /who died on the 20th of December 1854 aged 84 years.
