Erected by Richard Preston/ in memory of his beloved wife Rosanna/Preston als Brew who dep'd this vale/ of tears Oct 7th 1890 aged 26 years/ in the Blessed hope of everlasting Life/ through our Lord Jesus Christ, having/ adopted his doctrine in every station/ which Providence placed her, She was highly esteemed and sincerely regretted/ by all those who knew her amiable character

Inscribed headstone with a semi circular feature and concave shoulders within limestone kerbs with the surname Willoughby on the front of the surround. A second stone seems to have been removed from the plot.
