Inscribed headstone with a rounded top and concave shoulders. An IHS below a cross with expanded terminals is incised a the top of the stone and two very worn chalices with flames are on either side. A scroll with 'Gloria in Excelsis Deo' is incised above the inscription. Last line of inscription is now buried.
