Erected by James Fielding of this City in memory of his father James Fielding who died January 1815, also his two sons Thomas and Henry Fielding, the former died March 20th 1817 aged 2 years and the latter died October 25th 1819 aged 2 years 7 months.

This was originally a cuboid pedestal with a pedimented top. The pediment has since fallen off and is lying in front of the slab. It is heavily overgrown with ivy. The stone is now mostly illegible, the inscription inferred from Buggy (1965, 21) as it lies beside a known headstone.
