of  SUSANNA  daughter  of

EDWARD  KINGSLEY . Surgeon

and  SUSANNA  his  wife.

She  was  born  Jan.18th 1797

and  died  July  30th  1808.

To  thy  Almighty  will  O  Lord

Thy  creatures  humbly  bend

The  breath  of  life  at  thy  dread  word

How  soon  alas  to  end

Thy  opening  virtues  gentle  child

Thy  temper  sweet  thy  manner  mild

Thy  sense  beyond  thy  years

Let  grief  now  cease  to dim  the  eye

Or  sighs  to  rend  your  hearts

Heaven's  best  blessing  is  to  die

When  Innocence  departs.
