Sacred to the Memory / of / BRYAN MURPHY / late of Richmond Street in the Co of Dublin Esqr / Who departed this Life / on the 6 day of Oct. 1822 / Aged 54 Years / A man very generally known and as for every Christian and social Virtue / the Friend of every honest Man / and who knew no enemy / His worth in the relative duties of Husband / Father and intimate friend will belong / cherished in the remembrance of his domestic / Circle who best know his Value and who / sincerely lament their loss / This stone has been placed over his Remains / by his sorrowing Widow as a small testemonial / of her lasting love and respect for one son / deservedly dear to her / Here also lie the remains of / ROSE widow of the above named who departed this life / Oct 1833 aged 66 (60) years
