Erected by Patrick Rooney, The Mall, Sligo- in fond and loving memory of his son Pat who departed this life on 16th Sept. 1897 aged 50 years. Also the above Patrick Rooney who died 20th April 1902 aged 87 years. Also his wife Mary Rooney who died 6th Dec. 1909 aged 96 years. Pray for the soul of John Jinks J.P. member of the 5th Dail and ma^or of Sligo 1914-15-16-21. 1934 died 11th Sept. 1934 aged 62 years. Also Annie nee Rooney wife of the above died 9th May 1953 aged 87 years.
