Erected by M. A. and J. McCann in memory of our dear father Michael McCann died in 1864. Buried in Sligo Abbey. Also our brother James died 29th Aug. 1896 and our sister Katie Reid died in America and our good mother Briget McCann died 13th Feb. 1904. And Mary Anne McCann died June 29th 1922 aged 64 years. And Margaret Jane McCann died June 28th 1943. Sacred heart of Jesus have mercy on them. R.I.P.
